Connex Education are looking to hire an Office Resourcer to assist with candidate generation.

Connex Education is a well established market leader in education recruitment, based in a prime Liverpool city centre location. We are currently expanding to fulfil our mission of delivering quality affordable staffing solutions within the education sector.

The Office Resourcer will be responsible for the following:

  • Sifting ad responses, screening and qualifying candidates by telephone and face to face interviews
  • Booking candidates in for interview
  • Quantifying qualifications and gaining DBS clearance
  • Dealing with recruitment administration and clearance post offer stage (chasing references)
  • Selling yourself and the company when talking to applicants
  • General office duties
  • Working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment

To apply for the Resourcer role candidates must have the following:

  • Experience in a resourcing role (desirable)
  • Telephone based experience, interviewing candidates, customer service etc
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

All applicants must have a good work ethic and time keeping skills.

Resourcer Working Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary is £15k + Company Benefits
