Sales Executive - Estate Agency
We are a London-based Japanese estate agency. We require a highly competent and well-educated Sales Executive who will be able to act as a first point of contact for our predominantly Japanese-speaking customers at our West Acton branch in order to increase our custom by providing them with seamless services in their pursuit for ideal accommodation or properties in London. The duties will include: assessing their needs and requirements, helping them view, select or purchase properties, undertaking property inspection/inventory, preparing detailed reports, negotiating leases/tenancy agreements, property purchases or sales for our customers, providing them with assistance with legal formalities if required, and preparing sales and marketing material to increase our profile. The successful candidate should be of degree calibre and should have excellent interpersonal skills based on considerable experience in sales and marketing. Proficiency in Japanese and experience in estate agency are desirable but not essential since appropriate training will be given to the successful candidate if necessary.
