Innovative in it's approach to teaching, this school has a welcoming and supportive feel throughout. It has a deliberately different approach to the way that it delivers learning and is constantly encouraging with this.
The structure most certainly differs to most schools. The feel is almost non-hierarchical, with senior leadership very much involved in all aspects of the students day.
This school encourages students from all backgrounds. As such, the mix of ability is notably varied. Because of this, you would be required to really tailor your teaching to the individual needs.
However, the reward of supporting such a varied and often tenacious group of children will be worthwhile.
