We are looking for someone to join our team to help recruit trainee consultants who will help with our expansion plans!
So, what will you actually be doing within this role?
- Screening applications to your job advertisements
- Qualifying candidates by telephone
- Booking candidates in for interviews and assessments
- Dealing with recruitment administration and clearance post offer
- Liaising with BMs
- Selling Connex to all potential candidates
- Working in an extremely busy fast paced environment
To apply for the Internal Recruitment Resourcer role we are ideally looking for:
- someone who is already carrying out the role, or a similiar role
- someone with telephone based experienced, interviewing candidates, customer service
- someone with an EXCELLENT telephone manner
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
