Great Opportunity for experienced Property Solicitor. This role has terrific potential for career development. We are looking for Solicitor with a solid background in Commercial Property law and also Residential Property if possible looking for a progressive role within a well established high street and regional Lancashire law firm. The firm has a solid reputation and a very healthy client base.

We would like to hear from applicants with a minimum of three years PQE who are looking for their next career step. You should be a good communicator, have the confidence and ability in commercial property and be able to manage your own caseload as well if possible also deal with residential property matters. The workload includes a full and general caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, re-financing and landlord and tenant matters; and will be dealing with many SME and owner-managed businesses, as well as some national clients, and also good quality residential property matters. You should be a team player with good networking and client facing skills and be confident and keen to work for a firm with an excellent regional reputation.
