Student Well-being Advisor (UEA London)

We seek mental health and well-being professionals to work with students dealing with the impact of a mental health condition, disability, illness or life-changing event. Based at UEA’s London Study Centre, the postholder will work 13 hours per week during University semesters.
Providing individual mentoring and practical support as well as establishing and co-ordinating group and peer-led well-being activities and workshops, you will work within the social model of disability and focus on working with students to improve life and academic outcomes.
You will have a good honours degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant experience), and significant relevant experience of providing information, advice and guidance in mental health.
This appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
