ITIL Helpdesk Analyst - 1st Line / 2nd Line, Service Desk
One of my clients in West London are looking for a helpdesk / service desk engineer with 1st line experience to join their organisation for a 6 month contract. They are looking for someone who has an ITIL Foundation and previous experience of working on a helpdesk.
You will need the following experience:
- 1st / 2nd Line Support - Helpdesk and Service Desk - Call Logging, Escalation and Resolution
- Active Directory Administration
- Windows XP and Windows 7
- You will be working to a number of different SLA's and KPI's
- ITIL QUALIFIED (ESSENTIAL)
