Leading Not-For-Profit Organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to head their expanding, progressive and pioneering marketing team.

Role and responsibilities assigned to the Marketing Manager position include:

•You will be expected to lead, develop and motivate the development and implementation of inspiring and innovative direct as well as digital marketing strategies together with the marketing team in order to drive through the next phase of expansion, develop the brands presence and untimely maximize revenues.

•You will be responsible for motivating, developing and managing the Marketing team.

•To ensure the company stays ahead of the market in innovation in both direct and digital marketing within its websites - understanding the competitive landscape and establishing best practice

•To work with the Sales Directors and Head of Marketing to create high quality marketing campaigns tailored for a specific audience, that are on brand, delivered on time and in the correct format.

•To work with the Head of Marketing and the Sales Director to define the marketing strategy for new services. Ultimately responsible for delivering the strategy.

•Analyses data trends and sets up priorities for the team after reviewing these

•You will also be responsible for working with National Sales Managers on an on-going basis to ensure ad-hoc marketing opportunities committed to, maximise the brand exposure and are aligned to the brand.


•You will be responsible for producing a range of marketing communications, For example, advertorials, newsletters, articles, online content, emails etc.

•Ensure that all strategies fit within the overall strategy of the organisation.
