Service Delivery Manager - ITIL / IT / Customer Service Management - Perm - Midlands - Up to £80K

A large organisation now has a requirement for an experience Service Delivery Manager to join their service management team. The successful service delivery manager will be responsible for ensuring effective engagement between the global IS service delivery and the organisations businesses that it serves.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient in customer service techniques
  • ITIL v3 Expert certification
  • Exceptional service delivery skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate organizational awareness.
  • Good technical background, i.e. ERP, Network Monitoring and Control etc.
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
