Teaching Assistants play a pivotal part in the running of any classroom, you will need to support the teachers that you work with, and will most likely be working in small groups/one to one with children assisting with the work they have been set.

The School

We work with a variety of Schools in Cambridge, Norfolk and Suffolk, so there will be schools that are local to you, as well as a little further afield if you wish to travel.

The Child

The Children that you will be working with will all have some kind of special educational requirements, such as EBD, ADHD, MLD, Autism and SLD. So flexibility and enthusiasm will be essential. Ages of children will vary from school to school.
