We have an opportunity for a commercially astute Housing Solicitor to join an established Housing and Regeneration Team in a top, leading North West regional law firm, and with the ability to work on some fascinating projects.

This is a great opportunity to enter this excellent firm, and it has the reputation for being a forward thinking place to work, and staff retention is very high.

This appointment has terrific potential for career development and would be an exciting opportunity for a Housing Solicitor with a solid experience of anything three to five years upwards in non-contentious Housing, Regeneration or Property Law work incl Property Development and Commercial Landlord and Tenant. Although candidates with less PQE but some skills and experience in these areas and with a strong desire to develop such further would also be considered.

This is an excellent firm to work for, and the team and firm ethos will bring you into contact with some highly professional and knowledgeable colleagues which would allow you to develope your career and knowledge in these fields greatly too.
