An in-house residential conveyancer is immediately required for a Bromley based underwriter!
A permanent role has arisen for a residential conveyancing specialist to work in-house as an underwriter. As a residential conveyancer you will be responsible for identifying risks for underwriting purposes. You will be involved in negotiations and the commercial aspect of the business by making informed underwriting decisions utilising your skills.
You should have an analytical approach to problem solving and possess a sound understanding of the residential property market. You should be experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including remortgages, sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold, new builds, extension of leases and other complex matters a competent residential conveyancing specialist would ordinarily deal with.
You should be either a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or be able to demonstrate you have the necessary experience as a residential conveyancing expert to fulfil this role. Experience working as an underwriter is not required as full training will be provided.
