A fantastic graduate opportunity has opened at a leading IT Services organisation based inBerkshire. This great position offers a graduate Service Desk Analyst the chance to deliver infrastructure solutions and support to major clients based in London.
The Graduate Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing 1st line advice, support, and services to users predominantly located in the City ofLondon. The Graduate Service Desk Analyst will also have the opportunity for regular travel toLondon in order to provide on site support to clients.
The successful Graduate Service Desk Analyst will need strong interpersonal skills, clear and concise phone manner and very high standards of business and personal communication. Relevant experience of technical support is very desirable.
- Some 1st/2nd line support experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Very strong communication skills
- Exposure to some of the following technologies is very desirable:
- Windows Server and Desktop
- Active Directory
- Exchange 2003 / 2007
- Blackberry Server (BES)
- Windows Terminal Services
