The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the institutional asset management marketplace. This will ideally be from a multi-asset environment and product knowledge must include fixed income. Previous senior client facing experience is essential as a major part of the role will be to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the firm on a global basis.
This is a new role with the specific remit to increase the profile/positioning of the firm's product suite in the global marketplace. It is highly strategic and involves close interaction with sales teams and product specialists in a wide variety of geographical locations. Specifically, the role will involve acting as subject matter expert on investment related topics, and development of the firm's product focussed thought leadership strategy. The successful candidate will work with local teams "on the ground" to ensure consistency of approach, whilst also capitalising on local market knowledge to ensure effective localised product development and marketing approach.
