A large investment bank requires an experienced Voice Communications Analyst to come aboard to support the bank's voice communications production and business continuity infrastructure.

The successful Voice Communications Analyst will be researching, testing and implementing new voice technology with the aim of constantly improving the infrastructure.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in IPC dealer voice environment.
  • Must have solid experience in supporting Avaya telephony systems.
  • Nice and Avaya call recording systems.
  • Knowledge of trading room systems, software and services.

This is a great opportunity for a Voice Communications Analyst to secure a role in a dynamic investment bank, the role will look to build on previous experience but also evolve new skills.
