Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a Panel Support Team Manager on behalf of our client, a well regarded, London based Regulatory Body. The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Scheduling in the delivery of robust, high quality work programmes, which support the strategic and operational goals of the team and directorate. The role will also ensure compliance with best practice and to ensure proper governance of Fitness to Practice panel members.

Main responsibilities of the role include;
*Establishing, maintaining and coordinating systems and processes for the panel support team business as usual programmes of work
*Ensuring that high quality inductions and ongoing training programmes are delivered to chairs and panellists throughout the year
*Ensuring that panel member committees and allocation to FtP events comply with rules
*Use predictive data to identify panel member needs
*Managing and coordinating performance management for the FtP panel
*Developing and maintaining the evaluation, feedback and monitoring processes
*Managing record of FtP panel members
*Managing external supplier contracts for the Panel Support Team, ensuring service levels are adhered to and review meetings held as appropriate
*Managing the panel member's formal complaints process and outcomes
*Ensuring the effective operation of the 360 degree performance feedback process
*Implementing a seamless service that provides a single point of contact for panel members to improve the customer service
*Evaluating performance against business plan and key milestones
*Coordinating and maintaining the risk register

Experience/Skills Required;
*Experience of coordinating complex work programmes, including influencing skills and conflict management
*Experience of leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality products within tight timescales
*Experience of managing the performance of stakeholders
*Good report writing skills
*An understanding of risk Management
*Knowledge of KPI's
*Ability to prioritise conflicting demands
