Service Desk Analyst - 1st line / 2nd line / Windows / Exchange / Active Directory - Insurance- Contract- Up to £13p/h - Milton Keynes
A successful Insurance company requires skilled Service Desk Analysts to join a talented technical support team. They require Service Desk Analysts to work the day shift. This position will look to turn into a perm position at the end of the initial 3 month contract.
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support and services for all users with technology related incidents. You will need to make sure all requests are logged, resolved and escalated if necessary.
The ability to think on your feet and to adapt to changes in the workplace are key skills for the role. Clear communication skills over the phone and in person are essential.
- Call Logging systems
- Microsoft Windows platform including Windows XP and Windows 7
- Active Directory and Exchange
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Organisation and problem solving skills
