My client are a huge retailer based in Milton Keynes and are seeking a Multichannel Customer Experience Manager to join their busy Digital Transformation team.
This is the chance to be part of a massive digital transformation with £300m investment for one of the UK's biggest retailers.
You should have extensive experience in a retail or high transactional ecommerce environment and possess excellent stakeholder management up to board level, as well as a great appreciation of customer needs and user experience and a deep understanding of large complex businesses.
You will own the customer journey, interpreting analytics, formulating research, building business cases and formulating strategy to define and enhance customer experiences across web, mobile, tablet and in store.
