This fun, internationally renowned company is looking for an online marketing manager to help drive through their rapidly expanding online program.
The role will work closely with retailers to manage and develop online business.

•Prepare a full review of what retailers are doing on online with suppliers recommending what the strategy should be for with clear timescales and priorities. The review should include what is currently doing, what our competitors are doing, what activities best work to increase brand awareness, online conversion rates etc.
•Work closely with retailers to grow and develop activities online for all brands.
•Establish links across Europe with retailer’s European sales team to tie up activities across Pan European retailers.
•Manage an Online Marketing Budget for Europe.
•Facilitate the implementation of website translation across multiple languages for Europe working with each country as well as web team.
•Make sure all video clips are implemented on all customer websites where possible.
•Develop an online marketing advertising and social media campaign working together with the European Marketing Manager.
•Liaise with our European Media Agency to plan better campaigns.
•Be involved with pushing the boundaries with regard to presentations the Marketing team perform for the European Team.
•Ideally the candidate will have a retail background or supplier background with experience of setting up on line shops.
•Experience in online marketing and technical understanding of online space.
•An entrepreneurial, imaginative thinker who is passionate and able to work on their initiative.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively and confidently with customers, team members and management alike.
•Candidate must display high degree of commercial acumen and must be highly organised.
•High energy, ‘can do’ attitude and great team player.
•There are opportunities for some travel within Europe in particular France, Germany, Spain and Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a background in online marketing in a retail or consumer goods environment. Excellent long term opportunities for progression exist for the successful candidate.
