£35,000 to £60,000

Java Developer (Core Java, EJB, Hibernate) sought urgently for a young silicon roundabout Data Mining Software House building revolutionary web based analytics and performance improvement specialist software for corporations globally.

As the Java Developer (Core Java, EJB, Hibernate) you will be joining a small Agile team of innovative and passionate technologist building greenfield applications that pull vast amounts of data from clients databases and transforming it into useful information in bespoke and highly interactive user interfaces. The young business encourage all of the team to add value with ideas and personality, you will be influencing the technologies you use as well as mentoring less senior members of the team from your experience.

Key requirements

  • 4+ Years development experience in Java EE (Required)
  • EJB, Hibernate, Core Java, JMS (Required)
  • JBoss, MySQL (any relational database), CI Tools (Beneficial)
  • AGILE & TDD development methodology experience (High Beneficial)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills (Essential)
