Compliance Analyst / Business Standards Consultant - Permanent – Guildford – Up to £45k

Our client based in Surrey is currently looking for an established Compliance Analyst to join their team to ensure their operations are compliant across the organisation.

Key responsibilities for the Compliance Analyst / Business Standards Consultant

• Schedule assurance reviews in accordance with agreed timescales.
• Lead and conduct internal and external assurance reviews by identifying risks, analysing data and documenting conclusions.
• Liaise with internal and external business representatives to review the findings and agree recommendations for the future.

Key skills and experience for the Compliance Analyst / Business Standards Consultant

• Demonstrable experience of working within the Financial Services Industry to ensure Compliance and Business Standards are met.
• Excellent knowledge of Financial Services Act, Data Protection Act, Risk Analysis and report writing skills is essential.
• Knowledge of TCF and KYC is highly desirable.
• Working within the Insurance Industry would be highly desirable.
