My client is a FTSE100 Financial Services company and they are looking for a number of Customer Experience Directors to join their London Office.
As a customer experience director you will be responsible for transforming customer & colleague pain points whilst deploying market disrupting products. As a customer experience evangelist you will be working with relevant teams across the business to ensure product development aligns with strategy.
Candidates should have a strong background in lead customer experience roles and a deep understanding of large, complex businesses with a history of delivering projects which lead to the creation of an industry leading customer experience and both innovate and improve the customer experience as a whole.
The role is based in Central London and is paying up to £120,000 plus an impressive benefits and bonus package.
