1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst - 6 months contract - £12ph to £14ph - Crawley, West Sussex

My client is an established global organisation and is looking for an a1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 3-6 month contract basis.
The right 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst will have experience of Microsoft operating systems and applications and will have the ability to manage customer expectation and respond immediately to high priority incidents, with the flexibility to handle multiple incidents concurrently in a high pressured environment.

Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience of acting as the IS technical support representative in a multi-site organisation with in excess of 300 users.
- MS Office 2010, Windows 7, Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007, Microsoft Active Directory
- Call logging system: Touchpaper desirable but not essential as this will be trained inhouse.
- Excellent Customer service.
