Leading Organisation requires an experienced HR Advisor to provide support and direction in Performance Management, Employee Relations, Resourcing, Learning and Development, and Reward.

The successful HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience as a HR Advisor providing advice and coaching for the business in all areas of HR.
• Expert in employment law and employee relations.
• Highly experienced with complex ER issues, disciplinary cases, grievance cases, absence cases and attendance issues.
• Problem solving, results oriented and highly driven professional with evidence of developing relationships.
• Clear understanding of HR policy and process to ensure compliance and improve understanding within the management team.
• Experience in implementing changes in HR policy and procedures.
• Strong effective communicator in writing and in interpersonal communication.
• Analyse and advise on management information.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle. Support and advise managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Encourage and assist line managers in analyzing and improving people performance and capability through performance management tools.
• CIPD or part CIPD qualified.
• Bachelors Degree in a related field required.
