Service Desk Analyst
A leading worldwide media organisation based in Central London are recruiting for a multilingual Service Desk Analyst to join their Service Desk team.
The Service Desk Analyst must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian, French, Russian or Japanese. The role is to provide 1st/2nd line internal corporate desktop and mobile support to internal users across the UK and international offices.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will have a strong all round 1st and 2nd line IT support background and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key skills required:
·2+ years commercial experience supporting large user bases
·Experience supporting Windows & Mac
·Remote desktop support experience
·Good knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server
·Active Directory / Exchange
·Printer set-ups and troubleshooting
·Excellent customer service and communication skills
