Morgan Hunt are working with a large South East London/Kent Social Housing provider to recruit for a number of Customer Service Officers to join them on temporary contracts. The roles are to start ASAP and are initially for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a highly regarded client within the Social Housing field.

Our clients customers are the most important part of their business and as a member of the Contact Centre you will be required to deliver excellent customer service every time. You have to be passionate about customer service and be able to work to high standards.

You will be responsible for answering enquiries from residents and other internal and external providers.

To be successful in this role you will need the ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. It is essential to have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills. Previous experience of a target focused high volume telephone contact environment is desirable.
