A global and leading provider of Trading System technologies into the Financial Services division currently seeks a Service Desk Analyst (Graduate, Helpdesk, Desktop, Surrey) to join their Surrey based team. The Service Desk Analyst (Graduate, Helpdesk, Desktop, Surrey) will be dealing with incoming calls and queries regarding the trading platform and this will be dealt with either on site or via remote support.

The Service Desk Analyst (Graduate, Helpdesk, Desktop, Surrey)will be working with a broad range of technologies to support this environment. The day to activities of this role will include the following:

  • · Dealing with trade platform issues of external clients
  • · Logging and escalating issues on to other areas of the business
  • · Attend client site to assist with issue resolution
  • To be considered for the role of Service Desk Analyst (Graduate, Helpdesk, Desktop, IT, Support, C++, TCL, UNIX, Financial Services, Surrey) you will need skills and experience in the following:

  • · An education to degree level in a technical subject is essential
  • · Ability to read and understand code in at least one of the following, C++, UNIX scripting, TCL
  • · Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential
  • · Excellent time management skills and ability to organise own work load is essential
