Helpdesk Analyst - Windows 7, Win7, Office 2010, AD, Networks - Investment Banking

A Service Desk Analyst is required to work for one of the largest and most prestigious Investment Banking organisations in the world. The role itself will be on the Service / Help Desk providing 1st line support to a large user base. The successful candidate will be eager to work in an exciting, fast paced environment.

The ideal Service Desk Analyst will possess the following key skills:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy Service Desk environment
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Solid exposure to both Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting network problems
  • Market data knowledge is desirable.
