Morgan Hunt have an exciting new opportunity for an experience Quality Manager to join a leading FE College.

Working alongside the Director of Quality, this position will be integral to the continuing development and improvement of quality frameworks and practices across the college.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Line managing a small team to ensure performance related data, learner surveys and lesson observations are tracked, analysed and used across the college
They are looking for someone to implement the processes and quality improvement techniques that have been developed by SMT
* Take responsibility for ensuring the quality, performance and standards across the vocational (BTEC), subcontracted and work related training departments in the college is managed and improved by working with key stakeholders

* Have a demonstrable track record of improving quality, performance, teaching & learning in an Education setting, preferably Further Education
* Strong IT skills and the ability to analyse often quite complex and high volumes of data
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Experience of both internal and external validations of vocational courses
* Demonstrable experience working within a Grade 1 or Grade 2 college, or a thorough understanding of the Ofsted framework
