This is a paid, part-time (2-5 hours per day) internship. Salary: £NMW plus earn commission based on subscriber and social media targets.
How you can expect to spend your day:
On a typical day you would travel to various destinations in London to review the location which in turn is a source for content production. You will assess the location’s potential, identify opportunities and risk and devise a plan for action on the day of the shoot and interview. On content production day you will arrive ahead of time to ensure there is a proper set up.
The second part of the job is the on-location networking aspect. You will be our client’s brand ambassador, explaining the aim of the purpose in a clear and persuasive way and negotiating favourable terms with the business owner. This entails listing our client in partners’ newsletters, getting people to sign up for subscriptions and ensuring clients that frequent the place become aware of the company. The focus is to lay the ground for long term relationships so when the time comes to monetise partnership the trust and enthusiasm is there.
The typical day will last 2-5 hours and the times for when the day starts will be given ahead a week in advance. Because the intern will be dealing with such a dynamic role they must be open to changing working times.

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:
You should typically come from a business background and would have enough evidence of practical experience with personal interaction. Evidence of leadership and project management are key and extracurricular activities such as public speaking, acting, computer science, editing would be a bonus. You have some experience in communicative environments such as bars, coffee shops or a sales environment, such as a shop, and admin work such as experience in a call centre. Any written communication experience would be ideal.
