Group Account Director - Retail POS - £60k
Our client is a leading provider of branded communications across the retail sector. This leading and highly regarded organisation have a superb opening for a Group Account Director to head up one of their most valuable clients.
The Group Account Director would need to be dynamic, organised and be a passionate individual to head up one of their major retail clients. The role involves taking complete ownership of this account delivering excellent service on a daily basis, developing and growing the account through service excellence, innovation and meeting all contractual obligations.
The Group Account Director will head up a team of four, based on-site with their retail client. Managing and developing this team, establishing succession planning and ensuring that the team are delivering is an essential part of the role. You will develop a close relationship with their production teams, ensuring that the client facing team are providing accurate right first time information and in turn, that their production teams are delivering quality products, on time and in full.
With this role comes the need for weekly, monthly and ¼ reporting into the client, presenting this information in a professional manner at all times. You will work collaboratively with the client and their other agency partners.

The role will be based on-site with the client in Hampshire for a minimum of 3 days a week with travel to the companies head office in London. Travelling to the client stores is also an essential part of the role.
