Prestigious Global Asset Management Institution requires an experienced customer service representative to join a team which provides a telephone service to all members, IFAs and selected administrators of full service pension clients/schemes. The main duties of the role are to answer all requests/queries fully and to provide up-to-date information on administration of the member pension accounts, including providing investment options, fund prices, market news, switch balances and process change of future investment of contributions. The successful candidate will have proven telephone experience in a customer service environment and ideally knowledge of pensions. The candidate must be organised, able to demonstrate attention to detail in service delivery and reporting; and proficient in major MS Office applications.
