As the new term starts we are currently recruiting for special need teaching assistants in and around Berkshire.

We are proud to support a large special needs schools in Berkshire. The schools range in large and has a diverse catchment and referral area with a strong and happy ethos.
The school need assistants to help provide crucial provision to pupils who have learning difficulties and/or educational special needs. The duties of a teaching assistant are varied and are dependant on the needs of the child you will be supporting. Many students require one to one support, where having an understanding of special needs is crucial as often the curriculum is matched to the needs of the child. We understand that every student and every school is different and as a result we carefully match our staff with the right job.
We are looking for supply assistants workers for day to day and long term assignments that can?
- Be available three or more days a week
- Will develop professional relationships with students and staff
- Be willing to work in schools across Berkshire
- Have an understanding of special educational needs
- Be able to work with pupils one to one or in a group
- Be flexible
