Highly regarded International Banking Group wish to recruit an experienced individual who will provide PA administrative support. The chosen individual will possess solid financial secretarial experience, be organised, motivated, pro-active, with an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The core responsibilities will be diary management, co-ordinating internal/external appointments, booking conference rooms and facilities, making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries, and assisting with presentations. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power-point is essential. Applicants for this role will demonstrate fast, accurate typing with good grammar and spelling, self management and initiative, ability to work to tight deadlines, a can-do attitude, flexibility and strong communications skills; along with the ability to deal with confidential information and exercise discretion.
