Malik, the world’s leading company for wholistic general management, leadership and governance solutions is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to fully support our London team of consultants and trainers (PIMS Associates Ltd.). You will be responsible for the overall administrative work of this team. The role is part-time temporary position to cover maternity leave for a minimum of 6 months with an option to become permanent. 

In order to apply you must have minimum 3 years of experience in taking care of a team of consultants.  

Responsibilities:

  1. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  2. Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments; organising meetings
  3. Organising travel arrangements
  4. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  5. Organizing and maintaining stationery and taking care of procurement
  6. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  7. Carrying out in-depth online research and presenting results

Requirements:

  1. Working experience in a corresponding role (minimum 3 years)
  2. Strong oral and written English skills (knowledge of German is an advantage)
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  4. Accuracy in working, reliability and discretion, time flexibility
  5. Attention to detail, solution-oriented mind-set
  6. Being prepared to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment
  7. Willingness to travel for short periods on specific projects and for training
