A tier 1 management consultancy is seeking an experienced consultant to join their digital strategy division, working with leading companies within the Insurance sector helping them shape their customer experience, enhance thier service and commerce channels, integrate and optimise their marketing performance and innovate their business models.

- Inspiring clients on optimising their customer service propositions
- Develop business architecture for CRM service delivery across multiple channels
- Develop customer centric opering models for multi-channel environments
- Help cleints through customer strategy, customer experience, channel optimisations and customer journeys
- Expert knowledge of the insurance arena ideally within the distributions, service or claims value-chains
- Experience of defining vision, strategy and road maps for clients within CRM/Customer Service
- Experience with multi-channel CRM or analytics tools such as Salesforce, Siebel, SAS, Rightnow, SAP, KANA or similar
- Segmentation and analytics experience
