An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented marketing Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding Property organisation. We are currently seeking a marketing Coordinator for a permanent role.



Key Duties:
•Accountability for UK product management of the product ranges (Splits & multi splits)
•In-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning.
•Pricing, promotional strategy and sales proposition.
•Partner with sales team to develop sales tools and develop training courses.
•Co-ordinate training for Channel Partners, Customers and direct sales teams.
•Manage customer service and loyalty programs.
•Develop innovative marketing programs and event campaigns.
•Develop content for product and company collateral.
•Access commercial and technical knowledge of wholesaler, management and business development teams and co-ordinate training with Sales teams.
•Undertake administrative duties related to the role (e.g. reporting on media coverage, competitor activity with new products, equivalent column inches, company coverage in press) according to deadlines.
•Keep up to date with industry related issues that position the company at the forefront with their leading technology and application flexibility.
•Gain and maintain knowledge of customers, resellers, competitor’s products, personnel and structure.
•Liaise with other members of the sales team and other company departments to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded in terms of quality, accuracy and timescale in line with customer expectations.
•Promote company philosophy and ensure rules are adhered to.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director you will organise and drive internal and external marketing communications alongside external PR & Marketing Agencies.
Role is:
50% Marketing Communications & Customer development (Internal & External)
30% Product Management (Product benchmarking, Competitor analysis)
20% Sales Planning & Strategic Analysis (Market share, Customer analysis, trends, etc)

The successful candidate will also take responsibility for working with the Sales & Marketing Director on strategic marketing initiatives and customer development strategies relating to the Split & Multi split product ranges, as well as managing the media communications for all product groups.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategically minded Marketing professional to take responsibility for supporting the UK business Sales & Marketing development.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for submitting and analysing sales information, defining trends, market share.
