Our client are currently recruiting a 1st line support analyst to join the team on a 6 month initial contract. The successful candidate will provide technical advice and solutions to incidents and problems. The role requires someone that has 1 - 2 years experience working within a similar role working on a helpdesk or service desk providing a high degree of customer service and problem analysis.

The successful candidate will have a background with Microsoft operating systems (Windows, Exchange, Outlook and Active Directory) and applications. The ability to manage customer expectation and respond immediately to high priority incidents, with the flexibility to handle multiple incidents concurrently in a high pressured environment is key.

Rate: - £10 - £11 per hour
Location: - Reading
