Job Description:Customer Service operators, receive calls, deploy resources, and manage network Incidents. Record Roadspace bookings, deal with customer eenquiries and maintain relevant records on the contracts performance. Contributing to the health and safety for all customers and partners at all times. Specific Industry Skills required (Qualifications) Good interpersonal and communication skills. A good working knowledge of standard Microsoft IT systems, and an ability to adapt to more bespoke systems.Working Hours (typical) Rolling 24x7 shift pattern. 12 hour shifts. Mainly consisting of two day shifts followed by two night's shifts, and four rest days. Start date of assignment 13th November 2013 Duration of assignment: Review after 4 months Pay Rate: £22,000 PA.
