ITIL Service Design Analyst - Our client based in Farringdon is looking for an ITIL Service Design Analyst for a 3 month initial contract. As ITIL Service Design Analyst you will be accountable for analysis of design, implementation and delivery of managed service wraps for the client's enterprise platform for MRM, Strategic Sourcing and BI/Reporting. ITIL Service Design Analyst will be responsible for designing all service elements for the platform including SLAs and OLAs according with defined requirements, and you will represent the Programme in respect to service management, engaging with suppliers and stakeholders (internal and external).
ITIL Service Design Analyst will assess current live services to determine levels of support in place and gap analysis; you will also monitor and track Service Acceptance Criteria for new or modified IT Services together with Project Managers and production of related documentation.
ITIL Service Design Analyst skills required:
- Extensive experience with IT Service Design, Transition and Operation including producing and maintaining SLAs, OLAs, UCs and Service Support Plans, service reporting, supporting transition of new and modified IT Services into operation and implementation of Service Improvement Plans
- ITIL v3 qualified
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experienced supporting global business, and working in 24/7/365 organisation
