The candidate:

  • Experience of working in a print production role is essential
  • Experience manageing all print projects through production
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges

The Role:

  • Day to day contact with the agencies internal departments
  • Coordination between Account Management/Transcreation Management
  • Respond to information requests from the Production Manager/ Account Management
  • Strive for better client and stakeholder relations
  • Manage all alerts/ orders through FIDO
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays
  • Escalate issues to the Production Manager/ Account Management
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of brand
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Input areas for improvement of workflow and processes
  • Distribute contact reports and agendas
  • Support the Account Director in supplying client management information and reporting
