£30,000 to £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Java Developer Middleware Consultant (JEE, JBoss) sought by Pioneer in Middleware Technology that build market leading messaging and middleware applications for various industries internationally.

As the Java Developer Middleware Consultant (JEE, JBoss) you will be based in the London office and travel to the client sites around the London area. Within the first 6 months of your employment you will onboard with the sophisticated middleware technologies and methods to improve performances and streamline the optimisation for the clients. During this period you will improve your experience of clustering, JBoss, JVM and messaging technologies.

You will be visiting client site, analyising the current systems and then building proof of concepts for client with in house tools. The role will be partly client facing so excellent communication skills will be vital for the success within this position.

Key requirements;

  • 3-7 years Java experience
  • Passion for Java Middleware and Server Side technologies (JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat, WebSphere)
  • Interest in computing, new technologies and performance optimisation
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
