£85,000 to £120,000 + Benefits + Bonus
C++ Unix Developer (C++11, Low Latency) needed to join the Core Technology Team within a High Frequency Trading Hedge Fund trading millions of sterling and euro across multiple asset classes, including equities and derivatives across the main european markets.
As the C++ Unix Developer (C++11, Low Latency) your role is specific to the HFT section of the connectivity of the trading systems, you will be working in the R&D team in a centralised technology hub within the business that has an environment focusing on building the best technology systems in the market place.
Work with the latest concurrency classes, C++11 and other latency + performance optimisation tools and methods in a collaborative fashion to ensure that the collection some of the brightest minds share ideas.
- Significant specialist C++ development experience (Essential)
- Low Latency development experinece (Highly beneficial)
- Performance optimisation and connectivity knowledge (Beneficial)
- Additional financial services experience is helpful but not mandatory for the role
- Real-time, sockets, multi-threading, concurrency programming, clustering skills (Beneficial)
