A leading broker is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (Microsoft, Windows server, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix) to work as part of the Service Desk team providing general IT support to users at various company sites around London.

The successful Service Desk Analyst (Microsoft, Windows server, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix) will be responsible for:

  • Accurately logging all incidents, service requests and changes
  • Effectively escalating tickets
  • Documenting, maintaining and sharing knowledge of new technologies among other team members through a knowledge base system
  • Align working practices to ITIL framework
  • Be available to work as part of shift system in which the earliest start will be 6am.

To be considered for the role of Service Desk Analyst (Microsoft, Windows server, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix) you must have:

  • 2-3 years in a relevant financial environment
  • Experience working with Windows server systems 2003/2008/2010
  • Knowledge Active Directory
  • Exchange server
  • Citrix
  • VMware
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment
