Web IT Support Analyst (Demandware) - Our client, a leading retailer is urgently looking for a contractor to join them immediately as a Web IT Support Analyst (Demandware). As Web IT Support Analyst (Demandware) you will act as the first line of contact for eCommerce and web support cases, so you should come with a support background and experience with web technologies. You will need a strong understanding of technical concepts and good communication skills.
Web IT Support Analyst (Demandware) day to day activities include requirements gathering, HTML/CSS creation for website, uploading content and interface management for website and helping to manage IT developments to go live with website provider. You will also be responsible for monitoring issue tracking system queues, fielding support issues from the business and liaising with the website provider to resolve issues. You need to create, manage and amend display templates utilising Demandware and doing some SEO.
Web IT Support Analyst skills required:
- Experienced with template drive websites, Web Content Management (Demandware) and data management
- Interest in eCommerce/online trading
- Able to troubleshoot basic PC and Software issues and install, support and troubleshoot MS Windows
