Agency Sales Manager - (Digital Display & VOD) - £35k - £45k + uncapped commission - London
My client, a leading provider of online TV and Movies, is currently seeking a fantastic new Agency Sales Manager to join their expanding London based sales team. As an Agency Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing your own agency patch and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities for an Agency Sales Manager:
- Build strong & positive relationships with a defined set of Agencies
- Achievement of sales targets
- Contribution to sales plans, revenue forecasts and strategy where appropriate
- Identify, structure, negotiate and close significant and complex deals
- Establish inter-personal relationships by conducting a high volume of face to face client meetings
- Work with the sales team management to assist with the development of new revenue initiatives
Experience for an Agency Sales Manager:
- Ability to work under pressure
- A team player
- Ability to sell conceptually and consultatively
- A self-starter
- Great networker and proven record of building positive client relationships
- Ability to be creative and adaptable in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- Good communicator
- Attention to detail in proposals, rate calculations and forecasting
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
