Service Desk Analyst/ 1st - 2nd Line Support/ Infrastructure Engineer

A globally leading E-commerce organisation based in Northampton require a talented Service Desk Analyst/ 1st Line Support/ Infrastructure Engineer to join their helpdesk team. You will be required to provide technical support to all users across the business to ensure continuity of their IT Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st/2nd Level support to the UK Business.
  • Operational IT Support
  • IT Projects/ Adhoc IT Programmes
Candidates MUST Have:
  • Prior experience provising 1st2nd level support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 2003/2008 server and XP/7 Destop.
  • An understanding of network principles.
  • Microsoft Certifications desirable.
  • Experience working in a retail/e-commerce environment would be beneficial.T

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £30,000 basic and good benefits.
