Roles are with prestigious London-based clients and require applicants to demonstrate excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills, together with familiarity with the UK regulatory environment and the broader markets in which it operates.
The successful candidates will have a high level of business acumen and commercial awareness, complemented by an understanding of how regulatory policy is implemented within an insurance business. Roles will focus on either the Solvency II directive or broader business model analysis within the context of a life or general insurer.
These are high profile, varied and extremely interesting roles requiring strong technical knowledge that must be complemented by the proven ability to communicate effectively across a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders. Strong negotiation and influencing skills are essential, together with practical problem solving skills and the ability to challenge senior management.
