A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the vibrant Strategic Consulting Team as a Social Consultant. The Social Solutions Consultant will work with Tier 1 Global Brands to design and execute large scale social business strategies. As the Social Business Expert you will show customers the business value of the Social Customer Engagement platform whilst structuring strategic work, scoping projects and executing on this. This role will suit a high-energy and intellectually curious individual with a strong interest in social business.
The successful Social Solutions Consultant will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a strategic consulting capacity, perhaps for a Management Consultancy, Leading Digital Agency or Social Software Platform
- You will be a Thought Leader in social media and online communities
- Enterprise-level experience essential: must have proven experience developing and managing teams to deliver strategic marketing & social business programs at Tier 1 Clients
- Technical platform delivery experience preferred
- Expert communication and customer-facing skills possessing a strong desire to work as a customer advocate for a fast-paced software vendor
- European language skills would be extremely beneficial (German, French, Spanish, etc)
