You will have:
Excellent finance and business strategic planning skills
excellent leadership qualities and proven ability to manage change
ability to work effectively as part of a school team, with governors, staff, pupils, parents and other stakeholders
excellent interpersonal skills ? able to enthuse, challenge and motivate others
understanding of current academy developments
demonstrable commitment to inclusive education which meets the needs of all pupils
